Samantha O'Hara - Office Manager

Samantha worked at Convent Glen Dental Centre as a dental assistant for several years after graduating from a Dental Assisting program in 2008, and returned in 2016 after completing a 2-year Business Management course at Algonquin College. She is passionate about helping others and living a healthy lifestyle, which includes oral care—after all, a healthy body starts with good oral hygiene! Samantha has been married for several years and has one young son. In her spare time, she enjoys camping at Algonquin Park with family and spending time at the family cottage.

Receptionists

Ashley MacDonald - Receptionist

Whether she's at work or out in the community, Ashley MacDonald loves helping people. With a history of customer service in the health and wellness industry, it just comes naturally. She broadened her horizons by graduating from Willis College in the Medical Reception course and is excited to be a part of the team at Convent Glen Dental. In her free time, Ashley loves gardening, reading and watching a good movie.

Valerie Gervais - Receptionist

Valerie Gervais joins the Convent Glen Dental team as a receptionist after 25+ years in the telecommunications industry. With multiple customer service awards and experience with customer management systems, patients can expect a high level of care. When she's not hard at work, Valerie spends quality time with her husband and their two girls.
